Write a Killer Shop Report (For Hospitality Secret Shoppers)

When I was just starting out as a bar and restaurant mystery shopper, there wasn’t a lot of information available to help me write a good report after my first assignment. I had a tough time finding solid examples of what a stellar report looked like; not only that, but the examples I find were often retail or fast food shop reports, which were not quite what I needed.

After a lot of back-and-forth between myself and shop report editors, I learned to craft the best report possible. I only wish I’d had someone to guide me through the process before I ever went on my first assignment! If there had been better resources available to me in the beginning, I could have avoided a lot of re-writing sessions and reduced my report turnaround time by half (or more!). 

That is why I created this course: I wanted to give other writers a resource to help them create their best work sooner!
